NEIGHBORHOOD BIBLE STUDIES
The Stranger on the Road to Emmaus: If you have ever wondered what the Bible is all about, than this is the study for you. Seeking to be "a clear and simple explanation of the world's best seller," the author (John Cross) takes an objective and chronological approach to explaining the Bible without denominational propaganda or pressure. This is an exciting and informative study for anyone questioning, "What does the Bible really say?" For more information about a Bible study near you.
"The Joy of Parenting": This in-depth parenting curriculum provides practical parenting training from a Biblical perspective. Written with the foundational understanding that God, the Creator, is the authority on children and parenting, it investigates Biblical passages, stories, and "how-to's" that relate to rearing children. This study is available in home Bible study settings.
ATHLETIC OUTREACHES
Men's Softball: All men from 9th grade and up are invited to join our softball teams. We have two teams entered in the Twin Cities Baptist Church Softball League which includes approximately 20 churches/teams in the Greater Metro area. The teams are organized in May for the summer season. The practices and games are played on Monday nights with few exceptions. The 2007 softball season runs from May through August with a final league tournament being held in August.
