In the beginning levels of Math,
the student will learn the basic math skills. In the next level,
the student will get to work with more complex items, such as:
radicals, fractions, geometric sequences, and equations. In the
high school levels of Math the students will study the subjects
of Algebra I, Geometry, & Algebra II. These courses help
students to learn new concepts and also to review previously
learned concepts. In Algebra I & II, the student will learn
how to deal with polynomials, monomials, factoring, equations,
and proportions, along with much more. In Geometry, the student
will have an opportunity to develop his deductive reasoning skills
with such things as proofs, theorems, and postulates. There are
videos that go along with these three courses. These videos help
provide the student with a visual picture of what they are learning.

The English course begins with the
basics of English: vowels, consonants, reading, and writing.
As the student advances he will begin to learn about the parts
of speech, punctuation, sentence types, and many other things.
Later, the student will get an opportunity to practice his writing
skills with composition writing, paragraph writing, outlines,
and proofreading. In the high school levels of English the student
will get to study the history of the English language. In the
higher levels, there are many different writing projects, research
projects, and also some reading assignments. In the these levels
of English the student will have an opportunity to learn about
the effects that America's history had on its literature, it
will also have a review of previously learned material.

In the beginning courses of Social
Studies the student will learn about the basic principles of
life. They will be challenged and motivated to do things that
are right, as well as being kind, sharing, and showing obedience.
As the student begins to understand these concepts he will get
into the history of America from a Biblical perspective. In the
high school levels of Social Studies, the student will learn
about World History, American History, and U.S. Civics. World
History provides a study of our world from Creation to the present.
In American History the student will study the different wars
of our country, along with many other historically significant
events. U.S. Civics is a study of our government and how it operates.
The student may also study World Geography. World Geography assists
the student in learning about the different countries, capitals,
geographical divisions, and climates.

The Science course begins with the
facts of Creation as they are presented in the Bible. The students
will then begin to learn about the human body, the life cycles
of animals and plants, and the changes in the earth. Everything
is based on a Biblical perspective. In the high school Science
courses the student has an opportunity to study Biology, Physical
Science, Chemistry, and Physics. Biology allows the student to
study some of God's beautiful creations: animals, plants, and
the human body. In Physical Science the student will receive
an introduction to Chemistry and Physics. In Chemistry the student
will learn about the different divisions of chemistry: molecules,
chemicals, gases, and much more. Physics provides an advanced
study of measurements, mathematics, motion, and energy, along
with many other things. These four high school courses also have
videos that will help the student to learn the courses.

Word Building is a course in which
the student will have an opportunity to learn about words. In
the earlier courses the student will study some basic spelling
words with their meanings. As the student advances he will begin
to study more about the parts of speech, origins, definitions,
and spellings of more difficult words. There is also a program
called "Word Builder." "Word Builder" is
a program which helps the student to learn the spelling words
and definitions in a fun way.

There are many different Electives
that can be taken. Some of these include: Introduction to Missions,
Old Testament Survey, New Testament Survey, Life of Christ, Computer
Literacy, Business Math, Typing, Music, Spanish, and Health.
In Missions, the student reads a book on missions and answers questions on
the book. In Old Testament Survey, the student goes through all
39 books of the Old Testament and learns about them and their
authors. In New Testament Survey, the student goes through the
27 books of the New Testament and learns about them and their
authors. In Life of Christ, the student can learn about different
events from the life of Christ. In Computer Literacy, the student
is introduced to computers and to Microsoft Works. Business
Math is a course in which the student will go over all the basic
math skills as they relate to the business world. The Typing course is one
in which the student uses a typing program and does different
assignments. Music is a course where the student is introduced
to different songs, composers, and the history of music. Spanish
is a course to help the student to learn Spanish words, definitions,
and pronunciations. Health is a course that helps the student
learn about the human body and how to take care of it.
These are just a few of the possible electives available.
